First of all, I was disappointed by their nacho chips. It was a bit harder than regular chips and not crispy enough for me. They were even charging another RM1 if you wanted fries.But to be honest, the chicken tacos were really good. I prefer soft taco over crunchy taco. Soft taco had a better texture and contrast with the crunchy fried chicken inside. Their fried chicken in the tacos were fried nicely, and seasoned with different spices. The salad in the tacos added another layer of refreshing to it.

The staffs were quite friendly and professional. Greeted with a smiling face when entering and leaving.The counter is at the ground floor, payment and pick up of food is here.The dining area is upstairs, with ample seatings available and take note,have to take stairs. A pager is provided to know when food is ready.Food is quite good, the sauce given is different taste than other usual fast foods sauces. The place is still clean and well kept.

With the voucher bought through Lazada (Super Snack Deal which consists of crunchy taco, cinnamon twists, nacho chips and Pepsi Black), I visited the outlet in mainland to redeem mine in the evening. There were plenty of parking lots in this area. The counter for making orders is on the ground floor but all the customers who dine in have to climb the stairs. The place is clean as it is quite new.Many staff were on duty and they were quick in responding to customers. Perhaps most of the time it's the customers who delay the process of ordering but can't blame them as this chained last food restaurant is still new here we are not familiar with the combination of meals served.The snacks like cinnamon twists are worth trying. Taco is good too.

If you think there is no seat, don't be deceived.The place is quite small but there is quite some seat in the upper floor. It's to the right after you enter Taco Bell.It's certainly not able to accommodate a lot of people. From my observation, people take away most of the time.The food taste great.Overall the people that serves you gives a friendly vibe.

Strategically located at corner lot buildings in front of Starbucks.. Service was quick and staff so friendly with some menu recommendations for new customer.I’m really impressed with the dining area at 2nd floor. Very spacious and really well done 👏The food was good. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try. Especially Cinnamon Twists

I have been a fan of Taco Bell since I was in college in 1990. It’s an option at least once a week. There really aren’t many food options in America especially. Affordable tacobell becomes a canteen. I am grateful that I finally came to Penang last year. Although Penang is a food paradise, I still come back every month to eat burrito!

Food is delicious and served quick. Decided to visit since my home country does not have a Taco Bell. Was pleasantly surprised that the food was pretty good and the flavour combinations were delicious.Although I would say the nacho chips were not the best maybe because I'm more accustomed to the corn chip kind. This felt like it was made from actual tortilla. Might try their fries or other sides when I'm there the next time.

What a great team I’m really impressed, the manager and team leader did a spectacular job of getting ready almost 100 orders in less than an hour. I would like to thanks miss NUR DIJA and Mr RUEBEN for arranging everything in the best way. Thanks we will definitely come back.

Their food & service both are also superb.Just their indoor seats are quite limited, but outdoor seats are not sheltered from rain. Maybe they need to prepare some Parasols for outdoor tables.And if the door is automatic door will be a plus too, as customers are holding the tray with foods to outdoor seats.

Lots of staff and service is good. There is a window for you to see how the food is prepared. Server preparing even interact with my son while he is looking at how tacos are prepared. Food is tasty but for those can't handle spice, be sure you ask which dish is spicy ans which are not. There are some sits inside the restaurant and some places outside too. This is the only happening place in city junction besides Village Grocer.

Hello everyone, today I am here to share with you the Taco Bell that has been popular all over Penang recently. I have to say that I have been here twice, no matter what time of day I come, this store is always full of people, which shows how much this Taco Bell is loved by everyone.I have tried almost all the dishes here, and I especially recommend the Taco Chicken set to everyone and you must order their French fries 🍟, it is really delicious! The drinks here are delicious too and the sodas are all refillable. Other drinks only need top up RM1.50.There are a lot of people here, and there are few parking spaces. You need to be patient and park on the side of the road. But it's worth the journey to eat delicious food.Hope you all enjoy the food at Taco Bell.🤍
