The customer service is the worst and rude to customers. Event Tuesday, 13 Sept 2022 8:50AM. If someone is rude to their mother, how can they approach my mother, I don't know what she feels. It's worth stopping from continuing to work as customer service which supposely handles customers with care 👎👎 Management please take note

Poor Customer Service. The worst I've ever encountered so far. Management should provide additional manpower instead of only one staff. Been observed the queue and it took about 30mins to serve 1 customer.

Now Uncle Jack Giant Kuantan has prepared a new menu and new prices.Uncle Jack's chicken rice used to cost RM4.29. Now RM4.99, the difference is that the soup has a fish ball.In the past nasi lemak coffee o Uncale Jack cost RM1.50. Now it costs RM12.50 and the difference is half an egg. The egg used to be a quarter-sized egg.Nasi Lemak tastes better now.

Freshly prepared fried chicken, nuggets and curry puffs. Set meals comes with rice and soft drinks. Packed Nasi Lemak available. Reasonable prices.Fried chicken pieces could have tasted better if the flour coating is not too thick. Only 1 small sachet of chilly or tomato sauce comes free for 1 set purchased. Additional sachets are chargeable at RM0.30 each.Roasted chickens sold here are dry and bland taste.Customer service fall short of expectations.

At 15.43 no stock for fried chicken, only but rice, unfortunately there's no spoon, the staff said no stock, she gave me fork to eat rice.

Used to eat here before. But the service is getting worse. I also work at FNB but it's not as bad as here. It used to be okay. Now the service cam is stupid. I'm standing near the counter. There's one lady im not sure what the PIC is for because wearing a red shirt is not wrong at the back i see her eyes are visible but it makes me stupid. Stupid attitude. I didn't say customers are always right. But as a customer I hv the right to complain about staff. Customer attendants are also stupid. Make a black face. I know you are tired. But u choose this job then work nicely to be blessed. The shop is not clean. No customer at that time. Clean it up. This is the last time I ate here.

JUST ONE STAR FOR ME, I WENT TO GIANT ULU KELANG UNCLE JACK, I FINISHED EVERYTHING, I WANT TO WASH YOUR HANDS, THERE IS NO WATER, THE STAFF DOESN'T EVEN TELL ME THERE IS NO WATER, I DID NOT THINK TO MAKE A NOTICE, THE CUSTOMERS ARE STUPID JUST CAN'T WASH YOUR HANDS. Used to love when they just started business. But now is very bad, seems like they use low quality/long froze chicken and refried from old batches. Bad oil smell and bad chicken taste.

Customer service here is satisfactory. Overall price is affordable and the food here is great. The condiments provided are more than enough. Recommended for people who wants a quick, cheap and tasty meal.

I always get wrong food from the worker's. Including today it's already 4 times that the worker's make a mistake. The worker's are not friendly.
