We ordered fish paste and fried fish noodles. Fish is fresh and tasty. The soup base is unique with a strong tomato flavour. Better without milk for our taste. Overall nice place, was less crowded on a weekday. Heard its crowded with long waiting time on weekends which is expected as our noodles took some time to be prepared.

Arguably my favourite spot for Fish Head Noodles in PJ. What I appreciate most is the balance of the broth. Aside from the usual flavour notes of tomato, milk and salted veg, you actually get to taste the fish stock. There is depth in flavour. Parking is a mess as one would expect given its locale, and it can get really packed so best to come during off peak hours.

Prices are acceptable, the noodles tasted nice, but fish is a-bit not fresh. The taste was just 8/10 compared to other fish noodles. There was smell of toilet if you sit too inside.Quite packed.

We visited this restaurant for Sunday morning breakfast, finding ample parking available. The restaurant occupies two shop lots and, while a bit dated, it maintains a clean and airy ambiance with numerous ceiling fans. The service was efficient, and our food arrived promptly. Our order included Fried Ma Yau Fish Head Meehoon 炸马友鱼头米粉 (RM14.50), Fried Fish Fillet Meehoon 炸鱼片米粉 (RM15.70), Curry Fried Fish Fillet Meehoon 咖喱炸鱼片米粉 (RM17.50), Crispy Fish Skin 炸鱼皮(RM10.00), and Fried Fish Cake 炸鱼饼 (RM8.00). The total bill amounted to RM65.70 for three people, excluding beverages. The Fried Ma Yau Fish Head Meehoon and Fried Fish Fillet Meehoon were satisfactory, featuring a tomato-based broth. Those who enjoy tomato flavors will appreciate this, although we would have preferred a slightly stronger ginger and wine infusion. The Curry Fried Fish Fillet Meehoon also tasted quite good. The Fried Fish Cake was average. In sum, the food was decent. The kitchen is predominantly staffed by foreigners, though most of them wear face masks, but not head coverings or gloves. It would be beneficial if they could raise their cleanliness standards. We might consider returning if we find ourselves in this area again.

By the time we reached here (around 10am), their signature pan mee already sold out. So we have opted for Spicy Fish Noodle and it is super good. The fish is fresh and the soup is absolutely delicious. Although the restaurant is very crowded, the service is super fast, in terms of cleaning up and taking orders.
