First time here and I just love the old school atmosphere.Firstly, the food is amazing. I ordered the OG chicken sandwich with a combo. It wasn't too rich, and the sauce with the jalapeño pickles made a great balance of taste and flavour. My only complaint here is that the food is a bit higher on the salty end. It might be just my taste buds but I do prefer my food to be less salty.Service is tiptop and I understand since it's almost closing some servers are tired and their smiles are faint. No worries guys, I was there once hahaha you gucci.Other than that, it was a great experience and I would go for another round probably bringing my fiance.

My chicken was raw and EXTREMELY salty. Tasted like MSG only. I couldn't even finish it. Plus the milkshake was so bland for RM17 i expected more. Only thing good about this place is the atmosphere & the service staff. Not worth the price

The last time I had Fowlboys I had food poisoning but I thought to give you guys the benefit of doubt so I tried again today and surprise surprise, food poisoning again. I just a made a comment to my friend it’s the best chicken burger I’ve ever had but if it’s causing diarrhoea after then it’s the worst. I will eventually give you guys another go but please fix this.PS: I am on one meal a day diet so I’m sure it was this that caused it

Overrated. Burgers tasted below average.

The restaurant's design is interesting with an American retros vibe. Food was pretty good to be honest but a little bit pricey. The staff however were very inconsiderate and unprofessional. The restaurant is quite small and the kitchen area (apparently the staffs' hangout spot) is near the dining tables. The waiters and chefs were yapping and laughing away at the top of their lungs while customers were dining merely a few feet away from them. Unfortunate that a restaurant with good potential can be brought down by lousy staff.

Staffs were gracious enough to allow me to get 1 Xtra Hot + 3 Hot spice level for the chicken tenders as I wanted to try the difference between both of them. I wasn’t expecting this Nashville style hot chicken to be the dry seasoned kind. But if you like dry spiced, then this is the place to go.I always had the one that’s coated in the spicy oil (like the ones you get from Howlin’ Ray’s or Dave’s Hot Chicken). The tenders were juicy but the dry spiced made it quite unenjoyable cause it’s not evenly coated, one part will be normal southern fried chicken and one part will be spiced. Their Crackers Fries were not bad, would go back just for their fries.

While the food was satisfactory, the milkshake was disappointingly out of stock according to the server. It would be appreciated if the establishment could ensure it is consistently available, especially during busy periods such as weekends. Additionally, the service could use improvement as I had to approach the front to place an order.

A bit torn for this review. I on one side love the interior design of the restaurant but feel like the food is just a bit meh. The chicken is very crispy and the piece is big but it’s so cold. Felt like the chicken has been left out for too long. As it’s cold, the meat is no longer juicy and as tender as it would be when it’s hot. The lemonade is just like your typical teh o ais limau in mamak. The fries is a bit hotter than the chicken but would say it’s just warm-ish. Was here on a weekday so there isn’t any crowd and lucky enough to get parking easily. Maybe, just maybe, the chicken may be served piping hot if it’s a crowded weekend(?) probably won’t return for this again. A bit too pricey for chicken that is not freshly cooked to be served.

The burger is excellent, the vibe is okay, but the level of spice, especially the extra hot gives you true spice unlike other places. Hopefully they will soon receive the halal certification.

I've been seeing this restaurant on Insta and I was looking forward to it since I don't live in Malaysia and only come back to visit once a year. The service was good but I think they should consider cleaning their wiping table cloth because after the server cleaned the table, the smell of wet dirty cloth lingered on the table, I expect this from mamak, not from a nice looking cafe.I ordered the O. G meal. When the meal arrived, the fries were cold. Not stale but cold like they were cooked 15 minutes before. That already made me have a low expectation of the food, when the sandwich arrived - chicken was barely warm.Milkshake came when I was halfway done with my food.I got extra spicy and it wasn't that spicy - which was fine, I guess. The flavour was OK, a bit plain. If I come back again, maybe I'll try other flavours. But would I come back again? I'm not sure yet.
