Full of flour. Remember the Japanese store, full of Japanese cm. It's the same as buying a street side shop. Flakes pn xsemeriah dlu. Sorry, it's already over

My order doesn't look like it supposed to be. Not worth it when I paid for Cheese Mentaiko takoyaki when some ingredients are missing. And also plastic bag charged without consent.

A Malay guy (thinner one) who serves at the counter. I told him I wanted a “set menu” (with takoyaki & Azuki), he repeated “Set ya?” I replied yes, set. Then l paid by using TouchnGo. He handled me the food fast, but only a piece of Azuki Red Bean. I asked him I order set menu? He was surprised and answered me “Owhh set ya?? I ingat satu ni.. Hmm, you bayar ewallet, kalau cash boleh retract, tapi ewallet tak boleh lah..” Then I asked politely “But I told you I want set right?” I hope he would apologize and offer me to place ala carte for Takoyaki, but unfortunately nothing’s happened. He just looked at me and said smiling at me “Tak boleh lah macam tu.” I stood right in front of the payment counter, a new family came, just look see not even decide what to purchase, he straight away ignored me and greet the other customer. Very bad way to handle customer’s wrong order! Never admit own fault, no apology, and indirectly chase me away. First experience but bad experience! Azuki red bean paste a lot, but tastes so-so.

Unfriendly staff that doesn't know how to make Takoyaki! So oily and wet. Made my stomach bloat. Don't serve unhealthy food to customer, please! And improve your service.

I have tasted this tako’s brand at other brach. However, i can say the quality served at this brach is ‘likeable’. I was expecting a hot or at least warm tako. And yet to my disappointment it is cold as per other reviewers said. Luckily I didn’t need to wait so long to receive my order.Im giving 4 stars since the taste is still the same but im cannot enjoy it to the fullest since it is already cold. Hoping for some improvement can be done here.
